QUILLEN, Justice:

In this appeal from an opinion and order of the Court of Chancery 1 granting reformation of a deed’s description of the property conveyed from the sellers, plaintiffs-appellees, the Burkes, to the defendants-appellants, the Collinses, we are asked to set aside the reformation order and reinstate the original conveyance. It is the defendants’ position that the parties had never reached a specific mutual understanding and agreement as to exactly where the line between their adjoining properties should be drawn; and that therefore a “comparative standard” at variance with the…
