The Chancellor :

This is a bill to reform a contract executed by both the complainant and the defendant. The controversy relates to the interpretation of the language used in Article V., and whether it carries out the real intent of the parties; whether a material provision, relating to certain payments to be made to the complainant on certain conditions therein stated, and alleged to be in the nature of commissions, was intended to be wholly unconditional.
