The indictment upon which relator was sought for rendition, pursuant to the procedure prescribed by section 827 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, charged him with having obtained from the Trust Company of New Jersey the sum of $25,000 upon a false statement in writing of his financial condition and responsibility.
