ORDER DENYING DEBTOR’S MOTION TO CONVERT TO CHAPTER 13 AND GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER

This matter comes before the Court on Debtor Natasha Marie Wampler’s Motion to Convert to which Richard L. Darst, Jr., Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), objected. Following a hearing on June 30, 2003, the Court took the matter under advisement and now issues the following order.
