Before the Court is the Motion of defendant Delta Funding Corp. (“Delta”) to Stay Further Proceedings and to Compel Arbitration (the “Motion”). The debtors and plaintiffs William and Mary Brown (“Debtors”) brought an action (the “Adversary”) against Delta, Ocwen Federal Bank, Wells Fargo Bank (“Wells Fargo”), Brookside Mortgage (“Brookside”) and First Choice Builders, Inc.
