This is an appeal of an Order of Abstention (the “Order”) entered by Bankruptcy Judge Lawrence S. Walter in an adversary proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division at Dayton. 1 The adversary proceeding was brought by Debtor Itesca L.
