The plaintiffs appeal from a decision of the Rutland Superior Court granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment on the ground that the statute of limitations barred the claim. We affirm.

Due to the procedural posture of the case there is no controversy over the relevant facts. The plaintiffs filed suit against the defendants alleging liability stemming from medical malpractice by the defendants.
