The mother and stepfather of M. J. C. and T. L. S. appeal an order by the Vermont District Court transferring legal custody and guardianship of the children to the Commissioner of Social and Rehabilitation Services (S.R.S.). Appellants claim that the court’s findings and conclusions were not supported by the evidence.
