Appeal by plaintiff from a judgment in favor of defendants, denying an injunction against foreclosure of a trust deed and denying a declaratory judgment that the trust deed in question covered only on undivided one-half interest in the property conveyed thereby. Upon the death of the plaintiff, I. Henry Harris, his executrix, Cora Lee Harris, as such executrix, was substituted as plaintiff by order of the superior court.
