Relators filed a Petition for Writ of Prohibition along with Suggestions in Support of the Petition and exhibits, alleging that the trial court was without jurisdiction to enter an Order and Judgment on January 28, 2008 purporting to substantively amend its judgment entered more than three months before on October 15, 2007.
