Relator filed a Petition for Writ of Prohibition and Suggestions in Support alleging that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter its Order and Judgment on August 8, 2017, which vacated the Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage (“Dissolution Judgment”) entered on December 1, 2016 and setting the matter for trial on September 7, 2017.
