Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that the defendants violated several of their constitutionally protected rights. The matter is now before the court on motions by the plaintiffs and defendants for summary judgment. Also before the court is defendants’ motion for leave to file a supplemental statement of undisputed material facts.
