Arnold v. Ray Charles Enterprises, Inc.
Supreme Court of North Carolina
1Opinion of the CourtShahp, J.
The contract involved in this case was made in New York, it was to be performed in Virginia, and the action for its breach is brought in North Carolina. Unquestionably the law of the forum, North Carolina, governs all matters of procedure. Howard v. Howard, 200 N.C. 574, 158 S.E. 101.
