Pro se litigant Sanford Schupper appeals from the district court’s adverse final judgment. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
The parties are familiar with the lengthy procedural history of this case. We therefore summarize only the events most relevant to our disposition.
