This matter is before the court on the motion of the Ad Hoc Committee of AZ-NM-TX-FL Producers of Gray Portland Cement and National Cement Company of California (collectively “Ad Hoc”) to enforce the judgment entered in this matter against Plaintiff Cemex, S.A. (“Cemex”), a Mexican exporter of gray portland cement.
