Plaintiffs DAGS II, LLC and G2BK, LLC brought this action against Defen dants Huntington National Bank and its wholly-owned subsidiary Fourteen Corp. seeking a declaratory judgment ordering that DAGS is not indebted to the Defendants following a 2011 assignment of a mortgage and certain debt and the subsequent foreclosure sale of the underlying property.
