Defendant LBCMT 2007-C3 East Eight Mile Road, LLC (“LBCMT”) foreclosed on plaintiff JGMM Realty, LLC’s (“JGMM”) commercial property located at 17755 Eight Mile Road in Eastpointe, Michigan. Pointing to an alleged defect in an assignment, plaintiff brought the instant action to prevent the foreclosure sale and to secure an accounting and declaratory judgment in its favor.
