This is an action for personal injuries, brought in the circuit court of Wilson county, by Bobert Victor Frazier, a minor, suing by his father, A- L. Frazier, as next friend, against Gulf Befining Company, a corporation, W. G. Ingram, and B. A. Bridgewater.
• The case has been tried to a jury three times. Bach of the first two- trials resulted in a verdict of the jury, and judgment of the trial court thereon, in favor of the plaintiff and against the three defendants, for $12,000, but each of said judgments was reversed by this court and the cause remanded for a new trial on account of errors…
