Plaintiff, a minor, by his guardian ad litem, brought this action to recover from defendant for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as the result of defendant’s negligent operation of an automobile. Trial of the cause to a jury resulted in a verdict for defendant. Prom the judgment entered May 19,1934, dismissing the action, plaintiff appealed.
