MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SIM LAKE, District Judge.
FinServ Casualty Corp., RSL Funding, LLC (“RSL”), 1 and The Feldman Law Firm, LLP bring this action against Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Settlement Funding (“Peachtree”) and Greenberg Traurig, LLP alleging wrongful execution, conversion, theft of property, and trespass arising from the defendants’ execution of a writ of judgment at RSL’s offices in Houston, Texas, on January 19, 2010.
