W. Max C. Dawson, a stockholder of defendant Citizens Bank of Grant City, appeals from the trial court’s dismissal with prejudice of his second amended petition seeking an accounting by Citizens Bank particularly in regard to transfers made to Chairman of the Board John Dawson, recovery of past unauthorized transfers to John Dawson, and an injunction preventing further unauthorized transfers to John Dawson.
