Shelby A. Ward, III (Shelby), appeals a decision of the Union County Circuit Court regarding child support. Shelby argues that the circuit court erred in denying his request for retroactive modification of support, in awarding the amount of past medical expenses, in failing to credit the amount of child support due based on the time the children were staying with him, and in ordering child support when each parent now has custody of one child.
