Vince E. Manzer and Margaret F. Manzer (collectively Appellants) appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting Jorge M. Sanchez (Sanchez), Manzer, Sanchez & Associates, Inc. (MSA), Dan Ising (Ising), and Robert McIntyre’s (McIntyre) (collectively referred to as Respondents) motions to dismiss and dismissing Appellants’ petition with prejudice.
