A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of two specifications of attempted robbery with a firearm, two specifications of murder while attempting to perpetrate a robbery, and aggravated assault with a firearm, in violation of Articles 80, 118, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 918, 928 (2006).
