HECKER, Judge:

At a general court-martial, the appellant was convicted, consistent with his pleas, of wrongfully using marijuana, cocaine, and Ecstasy, as well as wrongfully distributing oxy-codone, oxymorphone, and morphine, in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 912a, as well as possession of a handgun without first obtaining a permit as required by New Jersey law, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
