Plaintiff Urmila Lama (“Lama” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthori-*230zation Act (“TVPRA”) of 2008, 18 U.S.C. § 1595, the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) and the New York McKinney’s Labor Law, § 190 et seq.
