James Thomason brings this appeal seeking relief from the district court’s grant of the defendants’ motion for judgment on the *1203pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”) 12(c). In the district court, Thomason complained of the payment of $23,053 to Elizabeth Nachtrieb in satisfaction of her accrued pension benefits.
