On Friday, November 29, 1991, plaintiff-appellee, International Diamond Exchange Jewelers, Inc. (“International”), after notice and hearing, obtained a preliminary injunction against defendants-appellants, U.S. Diamond & Gold Jewelers, Inc. and John Stafford (“USDG”). The injunction, issued by the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, enjoined USDG from airing a radio advertisement, the full text of which is appended to this decision and entry.
