{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Edmund Corsi, appeals from the judgment of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, granting plaintiff-appellee, Dale Puruczky, a preliminary injunction against Corsi. The issues to be determined in this case are whether an injunction prohibiting contact with various entities and the public as a whole acts as a prior restraint on free speech and whether service of the Complaint two business days before a preliminary injunction hearing constitutes notice to satisfy the requirements of due process.
