MEMORANDUM OPINION

Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Augmented Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiffs claim that Defendant Federal Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) violated the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a. In addition, Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Leave to File Amended and Supplemental Complaint, seeking to amend his Privacy Act claim and to add two additional claims to this action.
