This action brought pro se under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, is before the Court on the motion of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) to dismiss or for partial summary judgment [Dkt. No. 38] and the joint motion of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) and the Office of Information and Privacy (“OIP”) to dismiss or for partial summary judgment [Dkt.
