The allegations of the complaint are substantially as follows:

The plaintiff is a Delaware corporation with an office in Chicago. It has for a long time engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling products made from sugar*214cane fiber. Among these are sugar-cane fiber boards adapted to receive plaster and known as Celotex brand insulating cane-board laths. The plaintiff has developed a large and profitable business in this connection, and owns letters patent of the United States relating thereto, and in particular reissue No. 17,007, issued June 26,1928.
