MEMORANDUM OPINION
SPENCER, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Mead Johnson & Company’s Motion to Dismiss or Strike Certain Claims Asserted in the Complaint, filed on September 12, 2001. Defendant Mead Johnson & Company (“Mead”) filed a motion to dismiss or strike certain claims pursuant to Rules 12(c) and 12(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
