This matter arises from a series of commodities transactions in 1974 and 1975. Ray E. Friedman & Company Commodities appeals from the district court’s 1 order entering judgment on the jury verdicts for *1196Rosemary Karlen on her unauthorized trading action and for Merrill Karlen on his unauthorized trading and churning claims. Merrill Karlen cross-appeals from the district court order granting defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (j.n.o.v.) on his negligence claim. We affirm the district court’s decision.
