The plaintiff-appellant, Han Golan (“Golan”), seeks review of the final judgment of the United States District Court for the Central District of California granting summary judgment to the defendants-ap-pellees, Pingel Enterprise, Inc., Wayne and Donna Pingel, and Arlen Ness (together “Pingel”), on Golan’s federal and state antitrust and unfair competition claims, and state tort claims.
