This is a bill of interpleader. It was sustained as such and the claimants of the proceeds of a $5000 insurance policy were ordered to interplead. They have done so and it is not necessary to notice the interpleader further.

0. IT. May on January 19, 1918, took out a $5000 insurance policy in the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, making his wife, Bernice Lillian May the beneficiary. On August 3, 1927, O. H.
