OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
After a jury trial, defendant Dario Jaramil-lo (“Jaramillo”) was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. After sentencing, Jaramillo appealed and argued, inter alia, he had improperly received a two-point upward adjustment for obstruction of justice pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3C1.1 (“Section 3C1.1”).
