BABCOCK, District Judge.
On August 13,1991, hearing was held on a motion to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) filed by defendant Merry Land & Investment Company, Inc. (Merry Land). Defendant Murray Properties Partnership of Dallas (Murray Properties) has reportedly settled with plaintiff. Merry Land contends that I have no personal jurisdiction over it.
