360networks Corporation (“360net-works”) filed a $100 million proof of claim against the estate of Asia Global Crossing, Ltd. (“Asia Global”). The claim is based on a guaranty of certain obligations of Global Crossing Bandwidth, Inc. (“GC Bandwidth”) to 360networks. Robert L.
