The pending matter relates to an earlier ruling that concerned the Trustee’s objection to a $100 million claim filed by 360net-works Corporation (“360networks”), see In re Asia Global Crossing, Ltd., 326 B.R. 240 (Bankr.S.D.N.Y.2005)(the “Opinion”), familiarity with which is assumed.
