MEMORANDUM OPINION

JORDAN, District Judge.

This civil action brought under Title VII (42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.) and the Tennessee Human Rights Act (Tenn.Code Ann. § 4-21-101 et seq.) is before the court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment [doc. 23] and amended motion for summary judgment [doc. 42]. The plaintiff has responded to both these motions [docs. 38 and 46], and the defendants have filed replies [docs. 44 and 47].
