GEORGE W. Latimer, Judge:

Following trial by general court-martial, the accused was convicted of wrongfully keeping a disorderly house, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for six months. The convening authority suspended the execution of the punitive discharge, but intermediate appellate authorities have otherwise affirmed.
