EVERETT, Chief Judge:

The appellant was tried at Kaiserslautern, Germany, by a general court-martial composed of officers and enlisted men. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications charging that he had violated Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934, by wrongfully selling and wrongfully possessing .05 grams of heroin. Appellant’s sentence to dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the grade of Private E-l was approved by the convening authority.
