EVERETT, Chief Judge:
A general court-martial at Fort Hood, Texas, tried Yarborough on charges of burglary and indecent assault, in violation of Articles 129 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 929 and 934, respectively. He was convicted of unlawful entry, in violation of Article 134, as well as indecent assault, and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 2 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to pay grade of Private E-l.
