BEASLEY, Judge.
Marvin McDonald, Cornelius Ford, Anthony Koonce, Perry Jones, Aaron Petty, and Annie Polk (Plaintiffs) appeal the trial court’s order granting N.C. Department of Correction, N.C. Department of Information Systems, Alvin W. Keller, and Bob Brinson (Defendants) motion for judgment on the pleadings. For the following reasons, we affirm.
