FeRGüson, Judge:

On a rehearing of his ease before a general court-martial, convened at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, by the Commanding General, Fifth United States Army, the accused was found guilty of conspiracy to commit larceny, wrongful sale of Government property, and larceny, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 81, 108, and 121, 10 USC §§ 881, 908, 921, respectively. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for two years. With some immaterial modifications in the *585findings, the…
