VOLLACK, Justice.

In this disciplinary proceeding, a divided hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended that respondent Kelly A. Reeves be suspended for one year and one day. Two members dissented, one in favor of disbarment, one in favor of a three year suspension. The panel also recommended that Reeves be ordered to make restitution in the amount of $4,720. The recommendation was based on repeated incidents of professional misconduct, including neglect and misrepresentation.
