In this disciplinary proceeding the respondent, George B. Nichols, did not appear in person or by counsel and did not answer the complaint of the Disciplinary Counsel. The Hearing Panel approved the Findings of Fact and Recommendation of the Hearing Board, and recommended that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years. One member of the Hearing Panel favored disbarment.
