— This case involves the validity of a tax deed.
It appears that the land belonging to appellant’s grantor was sold for taxes and the property was bid in by the county and subsequently the respondent purchased the tax certificate from the county, and at the expiration of the time allowed for redemption received a deed from the assessor and ex-officio tax collector of Canyon county.
