PER CURIAM: *
Thelma Dauro (Dauro) appeals the magistrate judge’s grant of Allstate Insurance Company’s (Allstate) motion for summary judgment. Dauro alleged, inter alia, that Allstate had acted negligently and in bad faith in processing her insurance claim. Dauro argues on appeal that the magistrate erred by granting summary judgment despite the fact that Dauro had not fully completed discovery.
